Brief pellicular maceration, white vinification with soft pressing and single-varietal fermentation at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation and natural fermentation in autoclave for approximately 60 days at 13 – 14°C.

Appearance: Bright pink; brilliant and silky foam; fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Intense and lively; soft and elegant hints of small berries with a fresh undertone of undergrowth.
Taste: Smooth, fresh, and savory; articulated with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, and wild strawberries.
Aftertaste: Dry and vibrant with a long fruity finish.
